We review all applications within 48 hours. Qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule a short online meeting before any agreement is signed.
None at all. No listing fees, placement fees, or monthly subscriptions. We earn only through commission on completed orders. There are zero costs on your end to join and stay on the platform.
Yes. You can list as many brands as you carry. Each brand can have its own commission rate and is managed separately within the platform.
No. We do not require exclusivity. You are free to work with other distributors, sell directly, or use any other channels alongside Tail Stocks. We are here to add to your reach, not limit it.
We pay in full before we ask you to deliver. Once a purchase order is confirmed and aligned, payment is released to you first. You deliver to our warehouse after payment is received, not before.
Our commission is deducted from the total PO amount we pay you. You receive a purchase order showing the gross order value, the commission deducted, and your net payout. No surprises, no end-of-month calculations.
That is not your problem. Retailers pay Tail Stocks upfront before we process any order. We only request dispatch from you once payment has been fully settled. If a retailer does not pay, the order simply does not go through, and you are never affected.
No. Your only delivery obligation is to the Tail Stocks warehouse. We handle everything from there, including last-mile delivery to every retailer who orders through the platform.
Tail Stocks coordinates the return process between the retailer and your brand. We handle the communication and logistics so you are not dealing directly with individual retailers on every issue. Specific return policies will be discussed and agreed upon during your onboarding.
Orders placed through Tail Stocks are fulfilled entirely by Tail Stocks. Your existing direct relationships remain yours and are completely separate from the platform.
No lock-in periods. We operate on a standard supplier agreement with straightforward exit terms. We would rather earn your continued partnership through performance than hold you to a contract.
