Orders, Quotations & Transaction Records
Tail Stocks maintains records relating to orders and transactions for legitimate operational, accounting, customer service, tax, legal, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.
Because Tail Stocks operates a marketplace involving multiple partner suppliers, information relating to product availability, sourcing, consolidation, payments, deliveries, claims, and customer communications may form part of the transaction record.
Records may continue to be retained after an order has been completed, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise closed where reasonably necessary or legally required.

If a customer begins an order, requests a quotation, submits information relating to a transaction, or otherwise expresses an intention to purchase but does not complete the transaction, Tail Stocks may use the information provided to follow up regarding the incomplete order or quotation.
Such communication may include assistance with completing the transaction, clarification of product availability, payment information, or other information directly related to the customer's request.
Customers may tell Tail Stocks if they no longer wish to receive follow ups regarding an incomplete transaction.
