We ask for three price points per product: your distributor price, the wholesale price, and the SRP. You can also upload brand materials like catalogs, product images, or descriptions to help us showcase your products. We accept PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG, or ZIP files.

We guarantee a response within 24 hours. Once approved, your products are listed on the platform immediately and retailers can start seeing and ordering your brand right away.

None at all. There are no signup fees, no listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no commissions. We earn through a small markup on the wholesale price, just like a traditional distributor. You receive your full distributor price on every order.

No. We don't require exclusivity. You're free to work with other distributors, sell directly, or use any other channels alongside Tail Stocks. We're here to add to your reach, not limit it.

Absolutely. Tail Stocks is designed to complement your existing distribution, not replace it. Think of us as an additional channel that gives your brand access to retailers you might not be reaching yet.

You provide your distributor price and the recommended SRP. We apply a standard market markup for our wholesale price on the platform. Retailers then set their own selling prices to their customers, though most follow the recommended SRP.

We cannot guarantee any specific sales volume, but we actively promote your products to retailers across the platform. Keep in mind that most retailers will start with smaller order quantities as they test new brands with their customers. We encourage suppliers to keep MOQs flexible or remove them entirely so retailers feel comfortable trying your products. Once they see the demand, order sizes naturally grow from there.

All orders are fully paid before we request dispatch from you. You'll never have to worry about chasing payments, unpaid invoices, or credit terms. When an order is placed, the retailer pays Tail Stocks first, and we settle with you before you ship anything.

That's not your problem. Retailers pay Tail Stocks upfront before we process any order. We only request dispatch from you once the payment has been fully settled. If a retailer doesn't pay, the order simply doesn't go through, and you're never affected.

Tail Stocks coordinates the return process between the retailer and your brand. We handle the communication and logistics so you're not dealing directly with individual retailers on every issue. Specific return policies will be discussed during your onboarding.

Yes. You have full control over which products you want listed. You can submit your entire catalog or just specific items. You can also add or remove products at any time after being approved.

Yes. You can update your pricing, add new products, or remove existing ones at any time. Just reach out to our team and we'll get the changes reflected on the platform.

Yes. There's no lock in period or long term contract. If you decide Tail Stocks isn't the right fit, you can request removal of your brand at any time with no penalties.

Your brand gets showcased on the platform alongside other trusted names, giving retailers confidence when they order. We also run promotions, featured brand campaigns, and targeted outreach to active buyers on the platform. Your products are consistently placed in front of retailers who are already looking to stock up.
